PARRA No. 13125 Dorudon ROTA Hard Case

The Dorundon ROTA Hard Case is a lightweight yet incredibly tough storage or travel Case from PARRA, who manufacture a wide range of incredibly well-built storage solutions. The Thresher is constructed from a One-Piece slab of Polyethylene armour, which is scratch resistant, and incredibly strong. The design of the Case lends itself to its' ruggedness, with thick corners and structural ribs to add to its' core strength. The Cases are designed so that multiple can be easily stacked together, using the structural ribs to sit comfortably on one another and reduce movement. The material used for the interior protects the contents of the case from most chemicals and solvents, and is also resistant to fungus, which makes it particularly good for medical equipment.

A Rubber Seal sits around the lid of the Case, which provides a Waterproof and Dust Tight seal, which has an IP67 Waterproof Rating. This means it is rated to fully protect against the ingress of Dust, as well as from Water when submerged at 1m for 30 minutes. This makes it ideal for camping and other outdoor activities, if you need to ensure that your kit stays safe and dry.

Seven Alloy Rotating Clasps can be found on the outside of the Case, recessed into the walls, which helps prevent accidental damage and also helps keep the low profile nature. One of these clasps has a solid loop that can have a padlock inserted through it to secure the case, and keep prying eyes away. This makes it great for Airline Travel, as a TSA approved lock can be used, preventing them from cutting your Padlock (as they will with no hesitation) should they decide your case needs inspecting. The Lid is secured by two very solid Alloy hinges, and has a Cable Retainer to stop the Lid folding beyond the hinges. Two Folding Grab Handles can be found on either side of the Case to assist in carrying it. The front of the Case has a metal frame in which you could slide a piece of laminate with contact details or info about the contents of the case, to help you better organise your kit.
