NUPROL Heavy Duty Case Lock

Being TSA Certified, the Transport Security Authority will have their own key to open this lock should they need to inspect the contents, meaning that your padlock won't be destroyed when inspected. This padlock has a much thicker body and shackle than the smaller variant, and is one solid piece as opposed to a flexible piece of cable. However, it still functions and works with the full range of NUPROL hard cases to date, such as the Wheeled Hard Case and Small Pistol Hard Case. The padlock is very easy to set up and use, coming with full instructions for opening the lock and setting your code.

How do I open the lock when I buy it?

The lock code is set to 0-0-0-0 by default. Turn the code wheels to aim the code at the mark, then pull the shackle to release it.

How do I set a new Code?

To set a new code you must first open the lock and then turn the shackle counter clockwise 90° and press it down into the body of the lock. Now turn the shackle counter clockwise to between 90° and 180°. Set the code by moving the code wheels to the desired code, release the shackle and return it to original position. This can be done multiple times by repeating the above steps.
